The year flew by with a record number of homes built in 2020. We’re honored to be in the list of Top 25 homebuilders in the Twin Cities, compiled by Housing First Minnesota and Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. This is our third time on the list, and 2020 was our largest in growth. Read the article here.
We started a new phase in one of our premier neighborhoods: Prestigious Woodland Hills in Elk River. Phase 5 builds on the reputation of our luxury homes already completed in this stunning neighborhood nestled between four parks and a golf course. Our model home in this neighborhood is #221 in the Spring 2021 Parade of Homes.
