Benzinger Homes ranks in 2021 Top 25 Builders

Benzinger Homes ranks as one of the Top 25 Builders of 2021! This is our fifth time on the list compiled by Housing First Minnesota.

“Twin Cities residents are fortunate to have a large group of talented builders to choose from when looking for their new homes,” said David Siegel, executive director of Housing First Minnesota. “In a challenging year these builders have adapted and overcome supply, labor and regulatory cost barriers to bring much-needed new housing inventory to our region.”

Rankings are based on annual gross revenue as reported by respondents for for-sale housing. The Top 25 Builders accounted for $2.7 billion in gross revenue and 5,822 housing units in 2020. Read the complete article here.
